Invited panellist at a dialogue convened by GIZ/DTC in collaboration with NDPC and NITDA. Argued that organisations must build data protection compliance into infrastructure:access controls, data residency, encryption, audit trails:not treat the NDPA as a documentation exercise. Session contributed to GIZ/DTC Policy Brief PB/004, published July 2024 on behalf of the German Federal Government and European Union.

Named panellist:alongside NITDA's Acting National Coordinator and Startup Act Implementation Committee members:at a €15M EU/German Federal Government initiative. As the only practising DevOps engineer on the panel, identified three implementation gaps: affordable cloud infrastructure outside Lagos, a university-startup talent pipeline, and enforceable cybersecurity provisions. Participated alongside 65 delegates from government, higher institutions, civil society, and the technology sector. Led the infrastructure workstream: connectivity realities beyond Lagos, PPP policy implementability, and how the Skills for Inclusive Digital Participation programme can produce employment rather than certificate outputs.
